My kid has ADHD. Will this work?

The plan is built around short attention spans: 10-minute sessions, visible timers, movement breaks, and ending before frustration. These are the same strategies reading specialists recommend for kids with ADHD. That said, this is not therapy or a medical program. If your child has a diagnosis, use it alongside whatever your doctor or school recommends.

How much time does this take per day?

10 minutes with your kid, 5 days a week. Plus about 30 minutes to read the guide once at the start.

Do I need to be a teacher or know anything about reading?

No. Every day tells you exactly what to do and say. If you can read to your kid, you can do this.

My kid is 7. Or 13. Does it still work?

The plan is designed for ages 8 to 12. It can work a bit younger or older, but the book suggestions and routine are built for that range.

Is this a physical book?

No, it's a digital download (PDF). You can read it on your phone, tablet, or computer, or print it.

When will I get my order?

Right away. As soon as your payment goes through, you'll see the download link on the confirmation page and get it by email within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
